Founded in July 1995, Shanghai Lida Casting Co., Ltd. brings together casting and machining operations, including Shanghai Lida Casting and Shanghai Nanhui Lida Casting. We manufacture permanent mold cast iron components with Type D graphite, ductile iron castings and machined parts.
Our main products include cylinders, crankshafts, pistons and machined components for household air-conditioning compressors. We also manufacture selected pump and valve castings, along with cylinders for automotive air-conditioning compressors.
Production combines medium-frequency induction melting, permanent mold casting and continuous casting with material analysis and inspection. Our machining division, established in August 2001, operates dedicated crankshaft and cylinder workshops for turning, milling, drilling and grinding.
